How We WorkFixed-Fee Projects - Most of our work is on a fixed-fee project basis. Remember, we don't sell insurance. We never receive a commission or fee from the agents or insurance companies that we work with for you. Our loyalty is only to you, our client. Fees for projects range from $3,500 to $50,000 depending on scope and value. Insurance Help Desk - Some insurance buyers need a quick conversation to solve an immediate problem. Our Insurance Help Desk is the solution. Simple and straight forward... You call with an insurance question and we provide information and advise. Included in our assistance is seven days of unlimited email follow up. Our minimum HelpDesk Fee is $600. Fast, unbiased, informed, expert advice on insurance and risk mitigation. You don't get billed for copies, phone calls, faxes, supplies, or materials. Exceptions to this (though rare) will be spelled out clearly in our proposal. Astoundingly Responsive - All client phone calls during business hours are responded to within 90 minutes. We will answer your emails within one business day - usually much faster.
